Work Experience- Day 2.

On the second day of work experience I went to the Winter Sports with the grade 5's and 6's. We hoped on the bus first thing in the morning and went to Stawell. It was Freeeezing! 800 had three soccer teams going to the sports, Me and Ashby coached one of the them. None of the kids on the team had ever played before and i didn't even know the rules myself but throughout the day they improved a lot. With one of the girls who was shy and didn't really want to play ending up scoring one of the best goals for the day. A lot of the kids from the other schools were really rude to some of the kids but they handled it really well. At the start of the day it was mainly the boys playing because the girls were shy, but in the end everyone was getting in there and trying there best. Everyone was so proud of themselves even when they didn't win. After the day had finished we didn't stay for finals because none of our teams made finals and we had to get back to Ararat in time for the buses. Once we got back to the school we all sat in the class and talked about the highlights and low lights of the day. i think overall everyone had a good day, even myself!
